In case a show is cancelled, the refund amount for online booking will be returned online to the concern bank account.  For tickets bought from ticket window, the refund will be made from ticket window.There is no provision for refund of online tickets from the ticket window or any other offline mode. There is no provision for ticket cancellation. Amount once paid will not be refunded.
